Make sure you get plenty of protein. Try to fill up on veggies. Drink plenty of water - also herbal teas and diet sodas are close enough to zero calories and can help you feel full. Check out r/volumeeating for inspiration. You shouldn't be feeling fatigued, weak, dizzy and painfully hungry.
Best pizza I found so far is Newman's Own Supreme Pizza which is 1,140 for the entire pizza and is a good amount of food at 482 grams. I also add more green pepper, onions, and tomato before putting it in the oven just for a bit more nutrition and volume. I only been to Publix and this seems to be the best pizza in terms of calorie to volume ratio.
Super interesting that you found the pizza satiating! It could be the fat on the pizza - if youve been low fat for awhile sometimes eating a lot of fat in one meal can be super satiating. In terms of some satiating pizza/dough/carb substitutes - 647 breads I find VERY satisfying for the calories.

Red wine Vinegar: 0 Cals, Buffalo Sauce: 5 Cals, Yellow Mustard: 10 Cals, Marinara: 15 Cals, Honey Mustard: 20 Cals, Sweet Onion Teriyaki: 30 Cals. This might get downvoted to oblivion but one McDonald's cheeseburger is healthier than a lot of "health foods", Lenny and Larry's protein cookies for example. McDonald's burger has less calories, fat, saturated fat, sugar, total carbs, however it's less protein and more salt. Everything in moderation can be healthy. peacefulpiranha.
