No, unfortunately Altair never had a black outfit in the vanilla game. But if you play on pc you should check out the Saladin's Elite outfit from the Assassin's Breed mod, it's just like Thomas De Carneillon's outfit but has a face mask too, which imo makes him look even more badass.
